  • Strength Balance Assessment

  • Clarification and Q&A

  • Full report with protocols, recommendations, examples and more to guide your health + fitness.

*Can be used to guide ongoing services or as a stand alone service

Hybrid PT +

Remote Coaching

The best solution for your health and fitness, our hybrid service provides the hands on support of personal training with the flexibility and empowerment of remote coaching. I will work with you to develop a solution that ensures your success, educates and empowers you on how to best support your health and fitness.

Remote Coaching

Monthly digital coaching that includes:

  • Workout/Movement Sessions customized to your needs and goals

  • Digital communication with your coach 24/7

  • Biofeedback reporting

  • General lifestyle + nutrition guidance

  • Monthly In Person or ZOOM check in with your coach

Personal Training

These 1:1 or small group sessions ensure that you have the support, guidance and expertise of a dedicated coach by your side while addressing your individual goals and needs.

  • 1:1 or small group options available

  • Real time feedback, corrections and adjustments

  • Train safely

  • Train in a semi-private facility

All new clients start with an Initial Outcome Session, from there I can help develop a solution that will best serve your needs and goals…even if it is not with me. That is how much I want you to succeed!
